He has been actively involved as an Owner, Operator, Executive, Consultant, Business Broker, and Real Estate Advisor of restaurant concepts in 22 states throughout the U.S. His expertise includes all aspects of the Quick-Service, Fast-Casual, Casual, and Fine-Dining segments.
Since the founding of the company, more than 100 restaurants throughout the nation have been opened anew, revitalized or rebranded under his direction. Throughout this career a large percentage of his time and energy has been spent on development and, whether it be New Centers, Concepts, Systems, or just plain Relationships, the goal has always been on growth through improvement and attention to detail.
Today, with his cadre of industry leaders throughout the U.S., Mr. DiNeno is helping companies just like yours find solutions to their diversified needs, with a focus on Real Estate Advisory and Business Brokerage activities.
Mr. Walker has 34 years experience in the food service industry as both a corporate employee and as owner / operator. Concepts include Bennigan’s, LongHorn Steaks, Gallagher’s Steakhouse, Toojay’s Gourmet Deli, Cosi, Durango Steakhouse, Hurricane Grill & Wings and many independents.
With over 120 restaurant openings Mr. Walker can help you with site selection, hiring a great management team and overseeing the opening process – construction, food service equipment procurement, hiring management and staff and operational training.
Mr Walker served multiple terms on the Franchise Boards of Cosi, Bennigan’s and Hurricane Grill & Wings. At Bennigan’s Mitch was named GM of the Year twice and Franchisee of the Year twice. As President of Durango Steakhouse the concept won numerous “Best” awards throughout Florida.

Signing a Lease Agreement or buying the Real Estate for your restaurant is a big step that will cause your dream business to make it or break it. The occupancy cost is, in most cases, the highest fixed expense a restaurant owner will have. In my 28 years involved with restaurants as an auditor, working directly in the operation, as a financial controller of a successful restaurant chain company and now as a commercial real estate agent, I’ve seen the impact that this decision can have on a business.
